1. How do I pay for a Hashmi purchase?

Hashmi provides a variety of payment options. Hashmi’s dependable payment gateway partners will protect the privacy of your transaction information at all times by employing safe encryption technology no matter what online payment method you have chosen.

To pay for your order, you can use Wallet, Cash on Delivery, Internet Banking, and E-Gift Vouchers (eGV).

In India, Hashmi also accepts payments made with credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.

Replacement Policy

• Your goods will be submitted to our Replacement Verification team for a quality check after we receive it back.
• If a replacement is requested, prepa¹rations will be made to ship the item at no additional cost; however, . if the same item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
• The expense of your own shipping for returning your goods is your responsibility. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
• The amount of time it takes for the exchanged item to get to you will depend on where you reside.
• If a replacement is requested, prepa¹rations will be made to ship the item at no additional cost; however, . if the same item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

If a refund request is made, the same will be performed after our Replacement Verification team has approved the return within 10 to 15 working days.

2. Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Hashmi?

When you buy something on Hashmi, there are no additional fees of any kind. All of the items’ quoted prices are final and inclusive. You pay precisely what is listed on the product page’s price. Depending on the seller’s policies, there can be additional delivery fees. Please verify with each seller to confirm.

3. What is Cash on Delivery?

You can use the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment option if you don’t feel comfortable using Hashmi’s online payment system. When a product is delivered to your door using C-o-D, you can pay in cash there and then without having to make an online payment in advance.

Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payments can only be made for orders worth a maximum of $50,000. Only cash is accepted as payment for it. C-o-D orders cannot be paid for with store credit or e-gift vouchers. A C-o-D payment cannot be made in foreign currencies. We only accept Indian Rupees.

Use of Credit/Debit card

Payments of Indian issued Credit/Debit card will be accepted.

Credit Card

You will need your credit card number, expiration date, and three-digit CVV number (located on the back of your card) to complete the payment process at the checkout. You will be taken to the bank’s page to enter the online 3D Secure password after providing these details.

Debit Card

You will need your card number, expiration date (optional for Maestro cards), and three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards) in order to pay using your debit card at the checkout. After that, you’ll be taken to a secure page provided by your bank where you may enter your bank-issued internet password to finish making the payment.

For Flyte, Wallet, and eGV payments/top-ups, credit/debit cards issued outside of the United States are not accepted.

5. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Hashmi?

The greatest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet are used to protect your online transaction on Hashmi. Payments made on Hashmi using credit cards and debit cards are processed through secure payment gateways run by reputable banks. In order to offer an extra degree of protection during online transactions, banks now use the 3D secure password service.
